About the Role:

Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in Henderson, WA. In this hands-on role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the employee lifecycle, making a real impact on our growing organisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and supported from day one.


• Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, team development, and performance management.


• Assist with performance reviews and provide valuable input to support employee growth.


• Assisting with rewards, remuneration processes, and enterprise agreement interpretation.


• Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with HR policies.


• Support recruitment activities when needed.


• Coordinate housing arrangements for international workers.


• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in HR coordination or a generalist HR role, with a desire to expand your HR expertise.


• Industry experience in Construction or Manufacturing is a plus, but not essential.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities - along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.


• A relevant qualification, such as a university degree or equivalent experience.


• Experience using a HRIS is highly desirable.
