We are seeking an experience and engaged HR Manager to join our high performing Technology and Transformation team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. We are open to candidates in Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne, and we’re seeking someone who is great at building relationships across all levels and passionate about creating a positive work experience for our people.

What will your typical day look like?  

As a HR Manager in our Technology and Transformation business, you will be responsible for partnering with the Enterprise,Technology & Performance business to understand their needs and provide guidance on the development and implementation of both strategic and operational initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement, foster a positive culture and drive high performance. Key responsibilities would involve provision of HR advice, talent management, delivering leadership programs, reward and recognition, OH&S and ER management, including performance and investigations.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

• 5+ years’ HR generalist experience working with and influencing senior leadership teams as a trusted advisor


• Experience as a HR Business Partner gained in a matrix organisation, fast paced environment or professional services advantageous


• Experience in managing the delivery of multiple talent initiatives that require research, data analysis and insight, proactive planning, strong project management skills, a high level of numeracy, attention to detail and strong communication skills


• Understanding of strategic workforce planning and remuneration strategies


• Proven strong communication, influencing and negation skills with senior leadership


• Complex ER case management experience including performance and investigations


• Coaching / team leadership experience
