About the Project:
UGLs Manufacturing & Maintenance business are looking for an Infield Delivery Manager to join our Regional Rail project teams. This role will be located at our Sydenham Maintenance Facility.
Please note\: This is a standard Monday to Friday roster, and you are required to work 38 hours per week.
About Your Role:
As an Infield Delivery Manager, you will provide leadership, coaching and operational oversight to a team of maintainers, creating a positive, high-performing and safety-focused culture.
This is an opportunity to combine people leadership with operational excellence, driving continuous improvement while ensuring maintenance outcomes meet customer, safety and project expectations.
