This is a hands-on infrastructure role where you'll support critical technology services while helping drive the next generation of infrastructure capabilities across the business.

You'll work across a broad technology landscape spanning Windows, Linux, cloud platforms, automation and enterprise infrastructure services, contributing to both operational excellence and strategic technology initiatives.

What you’ll do 

• Deliver highly available infrastructure services
• Configure and support Windows and Linux environments
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
• Support incident response and critical events
• Deliver infrastructure upgrades and enhancements
• Improve reliability, performance and resilience
• Champion security, risk and compliance standards

What you’ll bring  

• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
• Strong Windows Server and/or Linux expertise
• Automation skills using PowerShell, Python or Ansible
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• A strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working within ITIL environments
• Ability to work across technology and business stakeholders
