The Role: 

• 
  

  Prepare tax returns and compliance documents 

  
  

• 
  

  Assist with audits, including management rights 

  
  

• 
  

  Support integration of newly acquired firms 

  
  

• 
  

  Work with SMSFs and assist with software transitions (MYOB to Xero) 

  
  

• 
  

  Engage in client-facing activities and build strong relationships 

  
  

• 
  

  Support and guide junior team members 

  
  

• 
  

  Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture 

  
  

About You: 

• 
  

  3+ Years' experience 

  
  

• 
  

  CA/CPA qualified  

  
  

• 
  

  Experience in business services, tax returns and compliance 

  
  

• 
  

  Understanding of Australian accounting standards (CA or working towards highly regarded) 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience or exposure to audits and management rights (desirable) 

  
  

• 
  

  Familiar with MYOB, Xero or similar accounting software 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  
  

• 
  

  Adaptable, proactive and eager to learn 

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to work both independently and within a team
