Your new role Due to continued growth, opportunities exist for both Intermediate and Senior Accountants within a high-performing Business Advisory team. You will work with a diverse client portfolio across SMEs, family groups and larger private entities, gaining exposure to compliance, advisory and value-add consulting work.As an Intermediate Accountant, you will focus on preparing financial statements, tax returns and developing your technical capability with support from experienced mentors.As a Senior Accountant, you will take on greater responsibility including managing client relationships, reviewing work, mentoring juniors and delivering more complex advisory solutions.Across both roles, you may gain exposure to a broad range of industries, including Agribusiness clients-experience in this area will be highly regarded, though it is not essential. What you'll need to succeed
Relevant accounting degree and CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
Experience within a public practice accounting environment
Strong technical skills across tax and accounting principles
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A proactive attitude and desire to progress your career
For Senior level: demonstrated experience managing clients and reviewing work
Structured training, mentoring and development programs
Exposure to high-quality clients and advisory work
