Internal Sales

Our client is innovative, forward-thinking and is recognised for their exciting product range. They are committed to their ongoing success and the success of their staff, whilst continuing to expand their profile through quality delivery and strategic vision. Setting the standard in their field is normal, so we're looking to find an Internal Sales Consultant to support the Field Sales team and dealer/retail network.

• Work with dealerships and retail stores to maximise sales opportunities
  


• Maintain daily communication with dealers regarding sales, inventory and promotional activities
  


• Distribute all promotional material to the dealer network
  


• Input sales orders and update client information
  


• Attend and assist with shows and field events
  


• Assist dealers with stock and inventory movements
  

Requirements

Role requirements:

• Experience supporting customers or dealers over the phone
  


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  


• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  


• Passion for the motorcycle industry
  


• A current Drivers licence is essential and a Motorcycle licence is a definite advantage
