Inventory Manager (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure accurate recording and management of inventory control procedures.


• Develop and implement strategies to enhance inventory management and accuracy.


• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.


• Create and execute inventory budget and forecasting processes for cost-effective management.


• Track inventory movement and reconcile any variances.


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory management operations.


• Develop and enforce inventory management policies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.


• Proven experience in inventory budgeting, forecasting, and management.


• Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
