IT Support Specialist, Berri

Reporting to the Client Services Team Lead, you’ll be the primary point of contact for IT support across the Berri site, while also supporting the wider business. 

You’ll work across Level 1 and Level 2 support, taking ownership of issues from initial contact through to resolution. 

This role offers:

• Broader exposure than a typical service desk role


• End-to-end ownership of support requests


• Variety across BAU support, troubleshooting and project work


• Exposure to a global, multi-site IT environment


• Clear pathway into Systems Administration or Infrastructure roles
