Junior Administration Officer (Entry Level)

The Role

As a Trainer and Assessor, your contributions will shape the careers of aspiring professionals. Your key responsibilities include:

• Delivering dynamic and engaging learning experiences using our comprehensive training materials.
• Utilising our online LMS system to assess and provide constructive feedback on theoretical submissions.
• Conducting practical training sessions with hands-on, real-world simulations that prepare students for industry demands.
• Collaborating with a proactive team to enhance training strategies and outcomes.

Skills required:

• Expertise in Solar & Solar Battery Systems.
• Recognition as a Qualified Technical Person and Qualified Business Person.
• Experience in Refrigeration (Cert II Split Systems).

About You

We’re looking for experienced and engaging trainers who meet the following criteria:

• Possesses a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122) or a diploma-level qualification in Adult and Vocational Education (required).
• Has proven experience delivering Volt Edge courses or a willingness to expand your expertise across our offerings.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understands compliance requirements and can adapt materials to meet regulations.
• Is proficient with online learning platforms and has strong IT skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally, with full travel arrangements managed by our Admin Team.
