Junior Azure Engineer - up to $75,000 + super

Robert Half is partnered exclusively with a leading service provider, renowned as Brisbane's Azure specialists. Due to continual growth, they are looking at expanding their Azure Engineering team, onboarding a skilled support tech who is looking to elevate their career.

This organisation specializes in every aspect of Azure, from planning client migrations to delivering and managing their cloud environments. They are known for their exceptional, end-to-end service, and have a proven track record of upskilling and developing their staff. Fast tracking them to becoming fully certified, market-leading Cloud Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve Level 1-2 tickets across clientele, escalating issues to colleagues when required.
• Deliver on projects within the Azure tech stack.
• Be responsible for ensuring service obligations to managed clients are met.
• Troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes of underlying problems and addressing.
• Actively engage in client meetings, educating clients and advocating for the use of Azure.
• Provide clear and concise communication to clients, managing expectations.
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years' experience within a Service Desk/IT Support environment, ideally within an MSP.
• Commercial experience with AD, Office 365.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
• A passion for IT that extends outside of work and the ability to demonstrate that.
