If this is you, then join our team as the Junior Operations Coordinator, where you’ll provide operational support across multiple parts of the business, including inventory, communication, and reporting processes. This is a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations alongside upper management.

The Role: 

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Operations Coordinator to join our retail and operations team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in total business functions. As a Junior Operations Coordinator, you will be an essential contributor to both the retail and operations team, helping to plan, implement, and evaluate decisions across various facets of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to Day Operations: Invoice oversight, stocktake tracking, micro-scale communication with store managers and internal staff.
• Data Collection and Management: Contribute to the creation of a “Monthly Roll-Up”, as well as assist upper management with day-to-day reporting to help drive growth and compliance throughout the retail arm of the business.
• Minor Financial Reconciliation: Assist the finance team with basic financial reporting & reconciliation.
• Catalogue Maintenance: List new products in the retail point of sale, as well as general upkeep of the catalogue.
• Communication with a variety of business stakeholders: Assist Operations Manager with communication to upper management, suppliers, store managers, and franchise owners.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Business, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar, is preferred although not required.
• Experience: A basic understanding of business processes and a willingness to learn new skills is essential, and any history of operations, management, or administration is favoured. 
• Technology Proficiency: The ability to use technology to communicate effectively and professionally, organise information, and produce high-quality work is looked upon favourably.
• Finance: A basic understanding of financial literacy and management is essential.
• Analytical Skills: The ideal candidate should be able to to analyse data, identify trends, and contribute insights to optimise operational procedures.
