The Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Friendly communication and attention to detail are essential to ensure every client feels heard, welcomed, and cared for.

Key responsibilities include:

• Opening or closing the clinic
• Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
• Scheduling appointments and managing communications (phone, email, text)
• Handling payments (EFTPOS/Private health claims)
• Performing general maintenance tasks, including laundry and stocktaking

Role details:

• Approx. 20 hours per week
• Shifts: 9 a.m.–2 p.m., 2 p.m.–8 p.m., and one weekend shift

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:

• A bubbly, confident personality and excellent phone manner
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers (knowledge of Canva is a bonus!)
• Experience in the health or allied health industry—or a strong interest in wellness
