About the Role

This is an entry-level role designed for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in financial services.

As a Junior Sales Trader, you will:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries.
  




• Speak with prospective clients, gather key details, and record them in our CRM.
  




• Connect qualified prospects with Senior Sales Traders.
  




• Assist with post-sale support including account openings, KYC, and deposits.
  




• Build and manage prospect lists to ensure no lead is missed.
  

This is a structured career pathway. With training, milestones, and mentoring, you’ll develop the skills to progress into a Senior Sales Trader role.

Requirements

• Energetic and ambitious individuals with a strong work ethic.
  


• Clear and confident communication skills.
  


• Resilience to handle high call volumes.
  


• Genuine interest in trading, finance, or financial services.
  


• Previous client-facing or sales experience is a plus, but not essential — full training provided.
