Using your practical skills, you’ll help deliver essential works, support efficient resource use, respond to customer needs, and ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on, field-based role with real opportunity - grow your skills, gain industry qualifications, and progress your career as you build experience and technical capability.

  • Working collaboratively to deliver tasks safely, efficiently, and on time

  • Providing professional customer service and communicating clearly with customers and the community when required.

Skills and experience:

  • Hands-on experience in construction, labouring, or a similar outdoor work environment (water industry experience is a bonus, not essential)

  • Confidence using tools, small plant, or equipment, along with a willingness to keep learning and building your skills

  • Experience working outdoors and performing manual labour, including tasks like confined space entry and traffic management

  • A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental practices

  • A reliable, team-focused approach with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Good communication skills and a genuine focus on providing helpful, friendly customer service
