The Department of Parliamentary Services-Landscape Services is looking to fill the vacant position ofLandscape Scheduler.
The Landscape Scheduler reports to the Assistant Director of Landscape Services and provides day‑to‑dayworkforce planning, sequencing of works and alignment of resources to operational priorities and events.
Key duties include planning and coordinating landscape maintenance activities, developing work schedules,supporting financial and procurement activities and maintaining accurate records and systems including workorder data and asset and inventory information.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, effective communication skills, experience in procurement activities, with qualifications and/or knowledge in landscape/horticulture practises.

Under limited/general direction undertake duties in accordance with the agreed standards for the specified classification. The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Currently, the salary range for this position is $92,450 - $99,185 per annum.
