A leading national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Insurance Litigation team in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner and a well-established team on a broad mix of complex liability and high-value personal injury matters. The role offers strong hands-on exposure and the chance to play a meaningful role in driving outcomes on significant files.

The Opportunity

You will work across a diverse range of insurance and liability matters, including:

• Complex liability and high-value personal injury claims
  


• Product and public liability disputes
  


• Property damage and defective premises matters
  


• A mix of pre-litigation and litigated files
  

You’ll be involved in all stages of matters, from strategy and advisory through to litigation, with regular client and stakeholder interaction.

About You

• Senior Associate level (typically 5–8 PQE, flexible depending on experience)
  


• Strong background in insurance litigation, particularly personal injury and public liability
  


• Solid technical skills across litigation processes and dispute resolution
  


• Confident communicator with strong drafting ability
  


• Experience working with expert witnesses and multidisciplinary stakeholders
  


• Able to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
