We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to Associate to join our Insurance team in Adelaide working for Partners, Michael Dwyer, Domenic Nocera, Alexandra Woodland and Max Calligeros.

About the team and the work

• This large and vibrant team, led by 4 Partners, specialise in acting for employers and insurers in statutory litigation matters and providing strategic advice on minimising claims liability.

• You will be involved in running litigation at South Australian Employment Tribunal with potential opportunities to also consider work in other State and Federal Courts.

• This practice is high volume and will allow you to become a subject matter expert in this area of law through support from senior team members.

• You will be mentored and encouraged to develop your skills whilst supporting the senior members of the team on a wide range of matters.

• This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a move to a national firm who focus on the development, well-being, and growth of their people.

About you

• At least 1+ years' experience gained in a well-regarded Insurance practice.

• Previous experience in personal injury claims and workers' compensation is ideal.

• You will also have some advocacy skills or be interested in developing these.

• Some advice skills and proven file management experience are essential.
