Le Labo was born in Grasse, France, and raised in New York. We create soulful beauty through slow perfumery, offering an alternative to classic fragrance retail. Each scent is freshly hand-blended and personalised in front of the client, creating a meaningful and memorable experience.

About the Position

Our Souls are not pushy and do not use aggressive selling techniques. The client experience is more important than forcing a sale. With management support, Souls offer genuine, thoughtful service while following company processes and policies and fostering Le Labo’s culture of craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences.

Role Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment.


• Share knowledge of fine perfumery, the brand and the collection while building authentic client connections.


• Manage the lab, including compounding perfumes, ingredients, stock, labelling and boxing creations with care.


• Build the client database by gathering client information.


• Follow operational best practice, compliance and POS training guidelines.
