The Opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Lead, Community & Social Performance to join our Sustainability team in Brisbane CBD office on a full-time basis until June 2027.
Reporting to the Head of Community & Social Performance, you will play a key role in strengthening enterprise-wide CSP governance, systems, and data integrity, ensuring consistent, high-quality social performance outcomes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive uplift of CSP data integrity, including data capture processes, validation, and reporting consistency across the business.
Support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing operation of CSP systems and associated processes.
Partner with internal stakeholders to embed CSP data requirements into corporate systems and workflows.
Identify and analyse enterprise-wide CSP data trends to support insight-driven decision making.
Lead the development and ongoing improvement of CSP governance frameworks, standards, procedures, and supporting tools.
Support governance forums including the CSP Advisory Group and contribute to reporting for senior leadership (SMC/ELT).
Your Background
Demonstrated experience in Community & Social Performance or social impact within a corporate or complex organisation.
Strong capability in data management, systems, or governance frameworks, with a focus on data quality and process improvement.
Experience developing and implementing standards, procedures, or governance documentation.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions.
Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams.
A systems-thinking mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and insights from data.
