Gardenia Early Learning Clontarf is growing, and we are excited to be seeking Lead Educators and Educators to join our team!

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Lead Educators and Educators to join our vibrant team and make a positive impact on young lives.

The Role

As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and engaging learning environment for children. You will work closely with a team of educators to implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.

As an Educator, you will be responsible for working with the Lead Educator to deliver high quality care and education to a group of children.

Gardenia Early Learning has opted in to the ECEC Worker Retention Payment scheme, so all of our staff have benefited from a 10% wage increase from December onwards, with another 5% in late 2025. All new staff will commence on the increased rates!

Skills and Abilities required

• Current First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training
• Current Working With Children Check
• Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved equivalent) or working towards
