Lead Project Administrator

• Provide comprehensive financial support to the WA & NT teams including purchase order management, forecasting, financial reporting
• Ensure full compliance with all contract deliverables
• Coordinate and oversee quoted works and act as a liaison between customers, sub contractors and operational teams 
• Manage timely invoicing for contracts and subcontractors 
• Support procurement activities including sourcing, raising purchase requests and coordinating with suppliers 

• 5+ years in a financial administration role
• Site coordination and financial experience is essential 
• Proven administration skills
• Demonstrated experience with MS suite 
• Excellent time management and communication skills
