Lead Therapist

The role:

Crown Spa is Sydney’s finest and most exclusive luxury experience - offering a relaxing and tranquil oasis for those who seek elevated and indulgent facials, massages and world-class wellness treatments.

With 11 treatment rooms, a vitality spa, a steam & sauna room, as well as outdoor terraces overlooking Sydney Harbour – Crown Spa is a truly unique sanctuary where moments of personalised self-care become an unforgettable reality.

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Therapist to support daily operations, develop team skills and capability, whilst leading by example to ensure 5-star service excellence for our guests. The successful candidate must have availability across a 7-day roster.

You’ll be:

• Setting the benchmark for service and presentation standards

• Ensuring service standards are consistently upheld and guests are satisfied

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring room readiness for each shift

• Delivering training for staff in beauty & massage treatments

• Supporting therapist development from onboarding to ongoing coaching

• Contributing to retail sales and effectively promoting in-house products

• Managing spa inventory levels and stock control

You’ll bring:

• Experience as a Senior or Lead Therapist in a premium or luxury environment

• Strong product & technical skills across a range of beauty & massage treatments

• Demonstrated ability in training, coaching and leadership

• Strong organisational and business management skills

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy
