This role sits within FCO Capability, a team responsible for building and uplifting the capability of Financial Crime analysts to operate effectively in a highly regulated, risk-sensitive environment.

FCO Capability partners closely with operations, risk, and domain teams to design scalable learning solutions that strengthen analyst judgement, improve decision quality and support safe, compliant customer outcomes.

  • Embed real-world scenarios, case-based learning and assessment frameworks to strengthen analyst judgement and defensible decision-making
  • Design learning aligned to risk, QA insights and audit expectations, ensuring consistency, quality and traceability
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data, performance insights and stakeholder feedback
  • Contribute to standard ways of working, including design frameworks, governance and content lifecycle management
  • Support the uplift of digital, blended and scalable learning solutions across FCO
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing

We’re interested in hearing from people who have
