What’s Cooking?
This isn’t your traditional L&D role.

As our Learning Specialist, you’ll take ideas from spark to execution - designing, building, delivering and owning learning experiences that are creative, engaging and actually land.

You’ll blend creativity with capability - designing standout content, facilitating engaging sessions, and using tools, tech, while exploring how AI can help us work smarter and scale faster.

Think less “training modules”… more storytelling, experiences and moments that stick.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across digital, virtual and face-to-face formats
• Own learning end-to-end, from concept and storyboarding through to build, system setup (Workday) and rollout
• Create standout content across eLearning, PowerPoint, Canva and video
• Film and edit high-impact, engaging video content
• Facilitate sessions (virtual & in person) that are practical, high-energy and memorable
• Manage and optimise learning in Workday, bringing content to life in the system
• Explore and apply AI to elevate and streamline how we design and deliver learning
• Partner across the business to ensure learning is relevant, practical and lands in restaurants
• Use data and insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness and impact
