Your new role As a Lending Manager, you will own the full end-to-end lending journey, working with warm enquiries and turning strong lending conversations into confident outcomes for customers. This is a relationship-led role where you will assess complex applications, apply sound credit judgement, and guide customers from initial enquiry through to settlement. You will build trust quickly, identify referral and cross-selling opportunities naturally, and deliver a high-quality experience at every touchpoint while working closely with credit, risk and operations teams in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Confidence leading to customer-focused lending conversations and building strong rapport
A natural ability to identify referral and cross-selling opportunities
Understanding of end-to-end credit assessment processes, including complex lending scenarios
Previous experience in a lending role within consumer home loans
Ability to manage competing priorities and perform in a fast-paced, inbound environment
