The opportunity

We're looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our Metering business.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by coordinating logistics, managing inventory, supporting warehouse activities and ensuring technicians have the materials they need to deliver for our customers.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate daily deliveries, collections and logistics activities
  • Manage inventory levels to support operational and contractual requirements
  • Support warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch and stock control
  • Liaise with technicians, suppliers and subcontractors to meet delivery schedules
  • Conduct stocktakes and investigates inventory variances
  • Prepare purchase orders, delivery documentation and inventory reports
  • Monitor logistics performance and resolve supply issues quickly
  • Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment

What we're looking for

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience using inventory management or ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
  • Current Driver's Licence required
  • Forklift Licence (LF) and qualifications in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain are highly regarded
