The Opportunity


We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join the team based in our national sales office in Botany, Sydney.


This is an office-based coordination role focused on managing logistics, inventory and supply chain administration activities across the Australian market. Working closely with our distribution partners and warehouses, you'll be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing inventory reporting, supporting compliance requirements, and building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and third-party providers.


Reporting to the Administration Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our Super Premium wine moves efficiently through the supply chain while supporting excellent service delivery to customers across Australia. The role is responsible for coordinating logistics, inventory and supply chain administration processes across the Australian market and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and third-party logistics providers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate customer and distribution centre orders, ensuring they are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.

  • Build strong working relationships with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage logistics reporting, invoice reconciliation and related administration activities.

  • Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and cost.

  • Act as the key contact for logistics and delivery issues, coordinating timely resolutions.

  • Support inventory management, stock reconciliations and reporting.

  • Coordinate new product and vintage introductions through the supply chain.

  • Manage liquor licensing and regulatory administration requirements, including compliance reporting.

  • Identify and implement improvements to logistics and administration processes.


About You



  • You'll be highly organised, analytical and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • To be successful, you'll bring:

  • At least three years' experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, sales administration or a similar operational role.

  • Experience coordinating orders, inventory, freight or warehouse-related activities.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and systems capability.

  • Experience working with external service providers and building effective stakeholder relationships.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • The ability to problem-solve, prioritise and manage competing deadlines.

  • A collaborative approach and a continuous improvement mindset.


Experience within FMCG, beverages, consumer goods or wholesale distribution would be highly regarded.
