About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Toowoomba team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-start checks on plant and equipment
• Operate production machinery and strap products for transport
• Load materials onto production lines using overhead crane or forklift
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient work area
• Monitor machinery to ensure products meet quality standards and production targets
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, safety-focused, and keen to contribute to a positive team culture
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment advantageous but not essential
• Forklift licence and/or crane experience advantageous but not essential
• Flexible, dependable, and energetic
