The Role:

Northrop Grumman Australia supports the multiple fleets in Australia such as KC-30, C-27J, Triton, and Special Purpose Aircraft.

You will work across these programs to improve performance and delivery), aligning how these teams plan and execute work.

Not reports that sit on a shelf. Real outcomes.

Expect messy processes, competing priorities, and legacy ways of working. You will bring structure, clarity, and measurable improvement. This role exists to fix how maintenance actually works in a world where technology and reach are constantly evolving.

You will influence planning, performance, and workforce effectiveness. Across multiple programs, not just one team.

Brisbane-based, with enterprise reach and visible impact.

Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 AGSVA security clearance are mandatory to be considered for this opportunity.

About You  

You bring strong aviation maintenance experience in a regulated environment.

  • Ideally, you have Defence exposure. If not, strong MRO experience.
  • You’ve improved how maintenance is planned or delivered. Not just identified problems.
  • You understand planning, flow, and what drives performance.
  • You value safety, compliance, and doing the job properly.
  • You fix what’s broken and follow through on outcomes.
  • You draw on your proven project management experience to deliver on time to budget.
