Job Description - Maintenance Officer




Seeking a Maintenance Officer for a leading not for profit aged care facility that provides quality Aged Care throughout metropolitan and regional NSW. This is a position with an award-winning retirement community located in a unique north shore location.







The position is responsible for:







  • Providing quality building maintenance and gardening services  

  • Providing administration and reporting functions 

  • Ensuring that services provided are consistent with the culture of the organisation







Critical Areas Encompassed By The Position






  • Customer Service

  • Village Property and Gardening Maintenance Services

  • Sub-Contractor Supervision

  • Researching and Sourcing Information

  • Administration and Reporting

  • WHS Regulations and Legislation

  • Team Work










Requirements



  • Appropriate trade qualifications 

  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer requirements,
