Job Description - Maintenance Officer

Seeking a Maintenance Officer for a leading not for profit aged care facility that provides quality Aged Care throughout metropolitan and regional NSW. This is a position with an award-winning retirement community located in a unique north shore location.

The position is responsible for:

Providing quality building maintenance and gardening services

Providing administration and reporting functions

Ensuring that services provided are consistent with the culture of the organisation

Critical Areas Encompassed By The Position

Customer Service

Village Property and Gardening Maintenance Services

Sub-Contractor Supervision

Researching and Sourcing Information

Administration and Reporting

WHS Regulations and Legislation

Team Work

Requirements

Appropriate trade qualifications

Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated ability to identify customer requirements,
