About the Role
As the Manager, Admissions (Performance and Quality), you'll play a key leadership role in driving quality, compliance, performance and continuous improvement across the University's admissions function. Working closely with Admissions leaders and key stakeholders, you'll lead initiatives that improve service delivery, strengthen governance, enhance reporting and insights, and ensure admissions processes remain efficient, compliant and student-focused. You'll also lead a small team and contribute to building capability across the broader Admissions function.

This role sits at the heart of the University's Admissions function, leading initiatives that strengthen quality, compliance, governance and operational performance. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the institution, you'll use data and insights to identify opportunities, influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement across admissions processes and service delivery.
