Deliver Line 2 assurance and oversight, providing insights into contractor performance, systemic risks and control effectiveness to support Board and regulatory reporting
Analyse trends, incidents and lessons learned to identify enterprise-wide improvement opportunities and embed continuous improvement across major contracts and transactions
Your Background
Proven experience in HSE assurance, governance or risk roles within complex, asset-intensive or operational environments
Demonstrated capability in establishing or enhancing contractor partnering frameworks and driving consistency across large organisations
Experience supporting or leading HSE due diligence and integration activities within M&A environments
Strong technical understanding of safety management systems, assurance practices and risk controls
Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders without direct authority, building trust across diverse internal and external partners
A strategic mindset with a track record of translating data, insights and experience into practical, enterprise-level improvements
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact, highly influential role with no direct reports but significant reach - ideal for an experienced HSE professional looking to shape how an organisation manages contractor risk and grow into a broader leadership career pathway.
