Your new role
As a Senior Manager / Manager in Business Services, you will play a key leadership role within the firm, overseeing a portfolio of clients while driving strategic outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing a diverse client portfolio across SMEs and high-net-worth entities
• Providing strategic tax, compliance, and business advisory services
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of accountants
• Reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and complex advisory work
• Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client performance
• Streamlining workflows and contributing to operational efficiencies

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• CA/CPA qualification (or near completion)
• Proven experience within Australian public practice (Business Services)
• Strong technical expertise across tax and advisory
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
