Marketing Manager

The Opportunity 

Join Medibank as a Marketing Manager and play a key role within our Amplar Health brand 

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver B2B marketing strategies that support the growth of our ageing well propositions. You’ll strengthen relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders, build awareness and advocacy, and help drive enrolments across priority health and aged care programs. 

Working across the Consumer Growth and B2B Growth squads, you’ll lead go-to-market strategies, targeted B2B communications and referral partner initiatives that connect community and aged care referrers with Amplar Health’s services. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, stakeholder influence and hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth and help more Australians age better.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and deliver B2B marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and squad OKRs.


• Create go-to-market plans that build awareness, engagement and growth.


• Develop positioning, messaging and compelling value propositions for Support at Home.


• Produce sales enablement and marketing collateral, including pitch packs, presentations, case studies and program materials.


• Support business development and stakeholder engagement activities.


• Deliver initiatives to grow Amplar Health’s consented audience  


• Support AI-assisted content creation while maintaining quality, governance and brand standards.


• Identify opportunities to improve content efficiency and scalability through technology. 

Must haves: 

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B, product or commercial marketing roles.


• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.


• Strong capability in creating B2B value propositions, positioning and messaging frameworks.


• Experience developing sales enablement and marketing collateral.


• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build strong relationships.


• Strong reporting, measurement and performance management capability.


• Experience partnering with commercial, business development or customer-facing teams.


• A relevant degree qualification.


• Highly regarded: Experience within aged care or another regulated industry.
