We're partnering with a globally recognised lifestyle retail brand to appoint a full-time, permanent Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing across retail and e-commerce channels.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with leadership, you will:

• Lead and execute marketing strategy aligned to seasonal campaigns and business goals
• Drive integrated campaigns across retail, digital, and e-commerce channels
• Manage product launches, promotions, and brand activation's
• Oversee digital marketing including social, email, and paid channels
• Build brand engagement through partnerships, events, and community initiatives
• Manage budget, performance reporting, and campaign ROI
• Lead a small team and collaborate closely with creative and design functions

About You

You will bring:

• 7+ years' marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Background in retail, lifestyle, or consumer-led brands
• Strong commercial awareness with a hands-on approach
• Ability to translate brand into compelling campaigns and storytelling
• Preferably experience across both retail and e-commerce environments
