About the role:
This is a great opportunity for a customer service officer wanting to develop their skills in a supplier management role, in supporting Product Managers with supplier coordination, order processing, stock management, and day-to-day product-related activities.

• Receiving sales calls and data entry of customer orders
• Following up deliveries to ensure completion
• Checking product availability
• Supporting Product Managers with general tasks and communicating with Sales Representatives and suppliers as required
• Relieving Product Managers when off-site or on leave, including taking emails, preparing costings, sending enquiries to suppliers, following up Certificates of Analysis, and placing orders
• Reviewing stock requirements and updating Product Managers on where stock is required
• Creating and confirming purchase order documents for local and overseas shipments
• Maintaining supplier databases as required
• Confidently use Microsoft Office, and previous experience using other systems including a CRM.
• Prefer to  have the ability to converse B2B sales in Mandarin.

You are forward thinking, possess excellent time management, problem solving and organisation skills, with high attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent communication skills – verbal and written with a polite and professional phone manner.
