Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent

Our clinic in Brookvale is currently seeking a hybrid Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.

The role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with shifts between 7:45am-5:15pm.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.


• Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.


• Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.


• Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.


• Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.


• Contact centre shifts are rostered in both the Brookvale and Chatswood clinics.

✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

✅ Ability to perform shifts at the Chatswood clinic as needed.
