About the Role
This is an Automation Engineer role, where you will be part of our 900+ strong team of testing experts across the country. You will be given the tools you need to advance your skills and experience, while adding true value to your career and our top tier client base. You will bring your coding expertise, business skills and understanding of modern cloud infrastructure along with a desire to continuously improve.

Research, investigate, socialise and aid in the implementation of appropriate new and emerging technologies and approaches via internal innovation of our automation, quality engineering, performance and DevOps communities
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
Demonstrate effective application of various agile project activities and techniques such as stand-ups, iteration planning and execution, Kanban card walls and retrospectives.
Great utilisation of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright Cypress.io, Webdriver.io, Appium or similar.
Strong working experience using programming languages such as Java, C#, Javascript, Python. You are proud of the code you write and can understand object oriented programming and design patterns.
You may have good understanding of automated API testing using tools such as Rest Assured, Jmeter, Karate, SuperTest or similar.
You may have good understanding of BDD concepts and experience with tools such as Cucumber, SpecFlow and JBehave.
A passion for testing experience, particularly web front-end and back-end testing experience.
Draft, distribute and socialise formal documents such as project reports, artefacts and knowledge base.
You have good understanding of GIT and versioning
Excellent communication
Desirable skills and experience
Effective relationship management skills and proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
You have a growth mindset and are passionate about continuous learning.
Knowledge and/or experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP is highly desirable.
Experience in the application and setup of Continuous Integration/Deployment process and tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Team City or CircleCI.
