GMHBA is looking for a Member Communications Specialist to join our team and help shape how we communicate with our members across GMHBA and Frank. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering meaningful communications that keep members informed, confident and supported.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong writer and strategic communicator who enjoys working across digital and traditional channels while collaborating with a variety of teams.
This is a part-time role (four days per week) on a fixed-term contract for a duration of nine months.
About the role
As our Member Communications Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality communications that reach thousands of members across multiple channels.
From emails and SMS campaigns to website updates and member letters, you’ll ensure every message is clear, accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements. You’ll also contribute to important projects such as annual rate reviews, tax statements and key member updates.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help ensure our communications are simple, member-focused and impactful.
