Membership Sales Consultant

Club Coops Health & Racquet Club is searching for a driven Membership Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. If you’re motivated by striving for excellence in customer experience, love helping others achieve their goals, and have an affinity for fitness, wellness, or tennis, this role is your chance to shine!

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth at Club Coops. You’ll connect with prospective members, showcase our exceptional facilities, and guide them on their fitness journey while building strong relationships. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceed sales targets, and help maintain our reputation as Brisbane’s premier health club.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sales & Member Engagement
• Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct tours to showcase our state-of-the-art facilities, including tennis courts and programs.
• Present tailored membership solutions and close sales effectively.
• Build lasting relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.
   

Customer Service

• Deliver outstanding service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Marketing & outreach - engage with the local community to enhance visibility.
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns and club events.
• Administration - completing sales contracts and administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Report sales activities and outcomes to the CEO.

What We’re Looking For
 

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Fitness (preferred).
• Sales training or certifications (desirable).

Experience

• 2+ years in sales with proven results in achieving KPIs.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, or sports industries highly regarded.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-driven with a proactive mindset.
• Positive, professional, and enthusiastic about health and fitness.
• Knowledge of tennis programs is a bonus!
• Adaptable, resilient, and team-oriented.

Location: Club Coops Health & Racquet Club, Carseldine, Brisbane

Salary: $70K-$80K base + super + uncapped commissions (OTE $95K+)
