Merchandise Administration Manager

At Petstock, we are on a mission to make an impact for pets, their people and the planet. We are seeking a Merchandise Administration Manager to play a key role at the centre of our Merchandise function, leading data integrity, pricing governance, reporting and process improvement.

This is not a typical administration role. You are responsible for ensuring product data and pricing are accurate, systems and processes run efficiently, and insights are delivered to support informed, commercial decision-making across the business.

What you will be doing

• Own product data integrity and pricing governance across systems
• Deliver reporting and insights to support business decisions
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Protect margin through pricing accuracy and supplier governance
• Lead system and process improvement initiatives
• Develop and lead a high-performing team

Your impact

• Ensure accurate product and pricing data across all platforms
• Deliver timely reporting for key stakeholders
• Support clearance strategies to maximise margin
• Maintain accurate, compliant supplier terms
• Partner cross-functionally across Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Retail
• Lead projects that drive operational improvement

What you will bring

• Experience in retail merchandising, pricing or master data management
• Strong analytical capability and commercial mindset
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL or similar tools
• A focus on process improvement and operational excellence
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience
• ERP and data governance experience (desirable)
