About the role
The Manager, Finance Business Advisory Partnering provides strategic financial leadership and advice to one or more NSW Public Schools divisions and Directors of Educational Leadership (DELs) or to our Executives leading our Corporate Divisions. The role supports effective financial decision-making by overseeing budgeting, performance reporting and the delivery of high-quality financial advisory services.
Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will partner closely with divisional executives and DELs to strengthen financial management practices across schools or the Education Support Division. You will also work collaboratively with Finance and Shared Services teams to deliver targeted support, build financial capability and drive continuous improvement in financial performance and resource use.
The Finance Directorate is currently undergoing a strategic transformation focused on embedding strong people leadership, driving cultural change, and delivering customer-centric services.
