Job Description - MIG Welder

Are you an experienced MIG Welder seeking a better life Overseas? Have you considered relocating to Australia?

Our Client is looking to expand their hard working team of professional fabricators that provide innovative fencing and balustrade solutions to domestic and commercial clients in Western Australia. They specialise in manufacturing and installation of all mild steel metalwork, such as fencing, balustrades, gates and bespoke fabrications.

With a longstanding reputation for excellence, they are seeking suitably experienced and like -minded Welder/Fabricators from the UK to join their friendly and growing team. They are offering visa sponsorship.

The ideal Candidate will have appropriate experience in mild steel/Aluminium welding techniques.

We have several openings for this excellent opportunity so if you are looking for a fresh start in Australia and interested in a position as an Agricultural Service Technician with full assistance to relocate as well an attractive package and benefits.

Requirements

Responsibilities

- Perform MIG welding on various metal components

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements

- Use hand tools and power tools to weld, cut, and assemble metal parts

- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality

- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines

Skills

- Proficient in MIG welding techniques

- Experience with stick welding and sheet metal fabrication

- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively

- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations

- Mechanical knowledge for understanding metal properties

- Capability to weld, cut, and assemble metal components efficiently
