We are currently seeking experienced Mortgage Brokers to join our close-knit, Darwin team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a trusted financial partner, you will thrive on building lasting relationships and making a real impact in your local communities. Supported by a strong referral pipeline from our local real estate and rural teams, you will be the first point of contact for customers - delivering tailored lending solutions to a variety of clients through their home loan journey. Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Broker, you will:

• Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending options
• Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions
• Prepare loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with senior management on strategies for business growth
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills

About You

To succeed at Elders, you have:

• Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending
• Cert IV in Mortgage Broking or Diploma
• Strong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes
• Accreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g., MFAA, FBAA)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
