The Organisation:

Media Sales Australia (MSA), an initiative of Hope Media, is a media representation company serving Christian radio, television, print and online outlets across Australia, providing a platform for clients to reach a national audience.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and successful salesperson to join our team.  Working in a professional environment, you will have a history of consistently achieving targets and the ability to foster long term stakeholder relationships.

This exciting opportunity covering the South East Queensland region can be located at one of our partner locations (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast) alongside our local sales teams. This role is ideal for someone with a heart for our mission to engage people with experiences of God’s love, as this position will play a key role in assisting Christian radio stations around the country to achieve their missions.

The role involves:

• Identify and source new on-air sponsorship revenue from local and national businesses, advertising agencies and not for profit organisations.


• Manage and develop relationships with sponsors.


• Work with Christian radio stations to negotiate attractive packages for sponsors.


• Represent the organisation at sponsor/business related functions and promotions both during and outside normal business hours.

Is this you?

• 4 years sales experience essential.


• Experience in sales in Radio or Media Agency preferred.


• Be able to demonstrate a proven ability to achieve sales targets.


• Have highly developed written and verbal communication skills.


• Be organised, intentional, persistent, and resilient.


• Be highly motivated and thrive with limited supervision.


• Have experience in territory sales and/or cold calling skills.


• Able to work with remote stakeholders.


• Have a firm belief in the Mission and Purpose of Hope Media.
