UGL delivers critical infrastructure across power and utilities, with our Utilities O&M team supporting the safe and reliable operation of electricity distribution networks.

We're looking for a Network Services Manager to lead our long-term partnership with Endeavour Energy across its Western Sydney and Illawarra network region. This is a visible, relationship-driven role where you'll work closely with client stakeholders, field crews and operational leaders to drive safe delivery, forecast future work and support contract growth.

Ideal for someone with an electrical distribution background, you'll bring the credibility to build trusted relationships, mobilise resources, solve problems and deliver outcomes across a live network environment. Whether you've progressed from a Linesman, Cable Jointer, Supervisor, Area Manager or similar operational leadership role, you'll become the trusted face of UGL within the Endeavour Energy network.

About the role

As the key link between UGL and Endeavour Energy, you'll build trusted relationships, support operational delivery and help grow the partnership. Using your electrical distribution experience, you'll forecast work, coordinate resources, price and scope jobs, and keep work moving safely and efficiently across the network. The role is all about trust, delivery and getting things done.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Endeavour Energy stakeholders, depot leaders and operational teams.

• Lead the safe and efficient delivery of works across the electrical distribution network.

• Forecast workloads and coordinate labour, plant and subcontractor resources to meet delivery commitments.

• Price, scope and estimate works while monitoring contract performance and commercial outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to grow the partnership and act as UGL's trusted representative within the Endeavour Energy environment.

About you

You are a relationship-driven operational leader with a strong background in electrical distribution networks. You've built your credibility through delivering work safely, leading field teams and developing trusted client relationships.

• Experience within electrical distribution, utilities, network services or ASP contractor environments.

• Background as a Linesman, Cable Jointer, Supervisor, Operations Leader or similar operational leadership role.

• Proven experience leading field-based teams in live network environments.

• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.

• Commercially minded, with experience forecasting work, mobilising resources and delivering safe operational outcomes.
