Neurological Physiotherapist - Grade 2 - Community Rehabilitation Program
About the role
Community Rehabilitation is a time-limited, goal-based program where our people work with clients, their carers and our interdisciplinary team to maximise health, functional independence and community participation. The workload will incorporate both home and centre-based activity inclusive of leading group programs which may include aquatic physiotherapy.
As a Grade 2 Physiotherapist in the Community Rehabilitation Program, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of neurological, musculoskeletal and general rehabilitation clients in addition to non-clinical portfolios and responsibilities.

This position also includes a role in the supervision, mentoring and support to students and junior staff. Experience in delivering effective supervision and facilitating optimal learning experiences for all is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a supportive environment, with regular supervision with a Grade 3 Physiotherapist and professional development sessions within the physiotherapy and multidisciplinary team.

This role requires a resourceful, adaptable and innovative clinician with strong prioritisation, time management and communication skills, and a genuine commitment to continuous professional growth and service development.
As a key leadership figure within the team, you will help set the standard for evidence-based practice, high-quality care and clinical excellence. The ability to work autonomously in the community setting is essential.
