Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• A proven track record: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in new home construction sales is essential.
  


• A hustler's mindset: You’re driven, motivated, and ready to do what it takes to succeed.
  


• Finance knowledge: Understanding home\-buying financial processes is highly desirable.
  


• Client\-first focus: Deliver exceptional service and guide clients to their dream homes.
