Location: Brisbane

Salary: $100k – $120k + Super + Car + Bonus

Territory: Queensland-wide, including Brisbane, Southeast Queensland and regional Queensland

Role Overview

Reporting to a senior sales leader, you will drive strategic account growth across Queensland's Food & Beverage sector. Working closely with established sales teams, you will identify opportunities within existing customer accounts, strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailored industrial solutions that support operational efficiency, equipment reliability and production performance.

This newly created position offers the opportunity to become Queensland's dedicated Food & Beverage specialist within an expanding national sales structure. With access to an extensive industrial product portfolio and established customer relationships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market share and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic account growth across Queensland's Food & Beverage sector


• Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue, customer retention and share of wallet


• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across engineering, maintenance, procurement and production operations


• Partner with established sales teams to identify and convert opportunities within existing customer accounts


• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across industrial products and technical solutions


• Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver solutions that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime and support production efficiency


• Develop a strong pipeline of strategic projects and commercial opportunities


• Negotiate commercial agreements, manage contract renewals and strengthen long-term customer partnerships


• Monitor account performance, sales forecasts and industry trends to identify growth opportunities

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of B2B account management experience selling technical products, industrial equipment or solutions into Food & Beverage sector


• Proven track record of growing existing accounts, increasing revenue and identifying new commercial opportunities


• Strong understanding of Food & Beverage environments


• Ability to engage effectively with engineering, maintenance, procurement and production decision-makers


• Commercially astute, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a Queensland-wide territory autonomously
